Boeing to Upgrade P-8A Trainer Software
The Boeing Company, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded an $11,655,663 contract modification for the Block 9.2 software upgrade of the Operational Flight Trainer, the Weapons Tactics Trainer, and the Part Task Trainer in support of the Low Rate Initial Production I, P-8A Multi-Mission Maritime aircraft. This modification also includes the procurement of a Mission System Desktop Trainer. The Naval Air System Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
