Carnegie Mellon Awarded Nearly $732 Million for Software Engineering Institute

Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a $731,987,632 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the operation of the Software Engineering Institute, a federally funded research and development center. Work will be performed in Pittsburgh and is expected to be complete by June 30, 2020. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $500,000 are being obligated at the time of award.
