Cluff Assigned to Air Combat Command

Col. James R. Cluff, USAF, has been selected for the grade of brigadier general and assigned as under secretary of defense for intelligence, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Pentagon, Washington, District of Columbia, to vice commander, 25th Air Force, Air Combat Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
