AFRL Getting Support for its Enterprise Information Technology

Decypher Technologies Ltd., San Antonio, Texas (FA8604-18-D-3000); Mission Services LLC, McLean, Virginia (FA8604-18-D-3001); and Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc., Moraine, Ohio (FA8604-18-D-3000), have been awarded a $97,300,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Air Force Research Laboratory information technology support services. The contract provides for enterprise information technology support services including specialized helpdesk, systems administration, cybersecurity management, automatic data processing equipment asset tracking, development, and video teleconference/meeting support. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by May 31, 2023. The award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and 29 offers were received. Fiscal Year 2018 research and development funds in the amount of $500,000 (Decypher Technologies, Ltd.); $230,000 (Mission Services LLC); and $300,000 (Stellar Innovations and Solutions, Inc.), will be obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management, Information Technology Contracting, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
