The Army Selects Northrop Grumman to Produce Battle Command System
Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded a $1,382,319,836 hybrid (cost-no-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee and fixed-price-incentive) contract for low-rate initial production and full-rate production of the Integrated Battle Command System. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of December 22, 2026. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-22-D-0004).
