Braxton Technologies is Supporting Air Force EGS Satellite Ground System Prototyping
Colorado Springs-based Braxton Technologies, LLC* was awarded a $20 million Phase III Small Business Innovative Research contract (with a $100 million ceiling) to support Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) Satellite Operations Prototyping and Integration (SPI). EGS is a government-controlled platform and underlying infrastructure, that will provide ground services and enterprise Defensive Cyber Operations to support the service's space missions, the company reported. Under the mulit-award contract, the company will assist the Air Force's Space & Missile Systems Center and the Space Command effort of providing secure, effective, and interoperable tactical command and control capabilities to mission partners. The SPI team includes affiliated companies, Space Ground Systems Solutions and Ingenicomm, as well as other subcontractors, such as Aurora Cybersecurity, ASRC Federal, Bluestaq, Kratos, LinQuest, Rocket Communications, and SAIC.
