Quanterion Solutions Aiding Defense Technical Information Center

Quanterion Solutions Inc., Utica, New York, has been awarded a $31,651,414 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center basic center operations. This contract provides the Defense Technical Information Center centralized operation of Department of Defense services, databases, systems, or networks for the acquisition, storage, retrieval, and dissemination of scientific and technical information supporting DoD research and development, engineering, analysis, and studies programs. Work will be performed in Utica, New York, and is expected to be completed September 27, 2019. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and three offers were received. Fiscal year 2017 and 2018 research and development funds in the amount of $1,651,414 are being obligated at time of award.  Air Force Installation Contracting Agency, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (FA8075-18-D-0029).
