Downey Assigned to Naval Sea Systems Command

Capt. James P. Downey, USN, has been selected for promotion to rear admiral and will be assigned as commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center, and deputy commander, surface warfare, Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C.
