EDO to Produce and Support Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Wafare Systems
EDO Communications & Countermeasures Systems has received a firm-fixed-price modification of $187,354,324 for the production and support of JCREW 2.1 radio-controlled improvised explosive device (RCIED) electronic warfare (CREW) systems to meet urgent U.S. Defense Department requirements in support of operation Iraqi Freedom. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington Navy Yard, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
