Engility to Advise Space and Missile Systems Directorate
Engility Corp., doing business as TASC, Andover, Massachusetts, has been awarded a $40,956,755 task order for advisory and assistance to the Space and Missile Systems Engineering Directorate. Contractor will provide an independent readiness review team to review related space organizations on technical analysis and risk assessment for space systems, ground segments and launch systems. It also ensures that Space and Missile Systems Center space vehicles, launch vehicles, and ground systems were built properly to perform reliably over the system's mission life. Work will be performed at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, and is expected to be complete by Oct. 8, 2022. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition via General Services Administration's One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract utilizing unrestricted pool 5B with five offers received. Fiscal 2017 procurement funds in the amount of $1,417,582 are being obligated at the time of award.
