General Dynamics C4 Systems Receives $9.2 Million Contract to Develop Satellite Communications
General Dynamics C4 Systems has been awarded a $9.2 million contract to develop satellite communication encryption and telemetry technologies. The contract allows General Dynamics to continue the development, qualification and certification of a National Security Agency-approved encryption module for securing telemetry, tracking and control of Defense Department satellites. The contract is through the U.S. Air Force's Telemetry, Tracking and Commanding KG-327 program, and the contracting activity is the U.S. Air Force Headquarters Cryptologic Systems Group of San Antonio, Texas.
