General Dynamics C4S, Orlando, Florida was awarded an $8,730,370 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with options for the Intelligence & Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2016. One bid was solicited with one received.
