Germany and United States Missile Cooperation

RAMSys GmbH, Ottobrunn, Germany, is awarded a €10,639,888 firm-fixed-price order under basic order agreement N00024-18-G-5440 for fiscal 2023 German and U.S. Navy Rolling Airframe Missile requirements for the development of a hardware demonstrator of the Launcher Servo Control Unit. Work will be performed in Ulm, Germany (94%),; and Ottobrunn, Germany (6%), and is expected to be completed by January 2025. German cooperative funds in the amount of €10,639,888 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This order was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(4) — international agreement. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-23-F-5445).
