Adams Communication to Support Persistent Surveillance in Afghanistan
Adams Communication & Engineering Technology Incorporated (ACET), Waldorf, Maryland, is being awarded a $13,686,417 contract modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract to provide continuing operator support services for Persistent Ground Surveillance System. Work will be performed in various forward operating bases located in Afghanistan with pre-deployment training in Yuma, Arizona, and is expected to be completed in February 2013. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.
