Lockheed Martin to Provide F-16 Electronic Warfare Capabilities to Turkey
Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $13,979,449 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price modification (P00070) to FA8615-05-C-6002 for F-16 modernization. The contractor will provide Advanced Integrated Defensive Electronic Warfare capabilities integration to F-16 aircraft for Turkey. Work will be performed at Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2017. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales to Turkey. FMS funds in the amount of $13,979,449 are being obligated at time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
