NAVMAR to Support Persistent Surveillance in Afghanistan

NAVMAR Applied Sciences Corporation, Warminster, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $19,999,611 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement for a Phase III B Small Business Innovation Research project under topics N92-170 and N94-178 entitled "Laser Radar Identification Demonstration" and "Air Deployable Multi-Parameter Environmental Probe" respectfully. This order procures 127 Persistent Ground Surveillance Systems Gondola's Gen 3.2, and the associated integration of the gondolas in support of forward operating bases throughout Afghanistan. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J. is the contracting activity.
