U.S. Navy to Build Combat Communications Facilities in Guam
Guam Pacific International LLC, Tamuning, Guam, is being awarded $10,172,938 for firm-fixed-price task order for the design and construction of a combat communications transmission system facility, and a combat communications combat support facility in the Pacific Air Force Regional Training Center at Andersen Air Force Base. The combat communications transmission systems facility will house the transmission systems storage area, satellite communications equipment workstations and training areas, conference/break room, communication room, electrical and mechanical room, and other supporting spaces. Work will be performed in Yigo, Guam. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity.
