ITT Receives Follow-on Order for Systems to Defeat Improvised Explosive Devices

ITT Corporation has received a follow-on, fixed-price award valued up to $1 billion from the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command. The contract is for ITT's CREW 2.1 vehicle receiver jammers (CVRJs), vehicle-mounted systems designed to prevent the detonation of improvised explosive devices (IEDs). ITT will build and deliver up to 15,000 CREW 2.1 devices as well as related equipment.
