L-3 Wins Coast Guard Fast Response Cutter Contract

L-3 Communications' Communications Systems-East division has been awarded a contract by Bollinger Shipyards to provide the C4ISR system for the U.S. Coast Guard's Fast Response Cutter program. Under an initial two-year contract, the company will design and deliver the first production shipset and related training systems. This contract also includes options for an additional 33 shipsets that if exercised would result in an overall contract value in excess of $100 million.
