Lockheed Martin to Automate Personnel Records

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Florida, is being awarded a $46,107,353 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity task order contract for information technology support services to provide automated personnel records storage and management for both active duty and reserve personnel in support of the Navy Personnel Command. This contract includes a four-year ordering period beginning in January 2016. Work will be performed in Millington, Tennessee, and is expected to be completed by December 2020. Fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,000 will be obligated at the time of award, and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with the solicitation posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website, with two offers received. Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00189-16-D-Z003).
