Lockheed Martin Awarded Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures Contract
Lockheed Martin is awarded a contract modification for C-130J large aircraft infrared countermeasures Group A kits and jump platform storage assemblies.
Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Georgia, has been awarded an $11,023,298 modification (P00309) to previously awarded contract FA8625-11-C-6597 for C-130J large aircraft infrared countermeasures (LAIRCM) Group A kits and jump platform storage assemblies (JPSAs). Contractor will provide an additional 19 LAIRCM Group A kits and 49 JPSAs under the basic contract. Work will be performed at Marietta, Georgia, and is expected to be complete by April 29, 2019. Fiscal 2014 Air Force procurement and Air Force National Guard procurement funds in the amount of $11,023,298 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
