Lockheed Martin To Provide Simulator Capabilities for F-35 Through Navy Award
The Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, Maryland, has awarded a $4.4 million contract to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company for development, integration, verification, and validation of verification of simulator capabilities for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. The work for this not-to-exceed modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, with completion planned for October 2014.
