Marine Corps Contract Calls for Navistar To Support MRAP Sustainment

The Marine Corps Systems Command has awarded Navistar Defense LLC a $17 million firm-fixed-priced delivery order modification under previous contract for sustainment support to maintain Category I Mine Resistant Ambush Protected low-rate initial production vehicles in theater. Navistar will provide procurement support to field service representatives in the Central Command area of responsibility. Work will be performed in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq, with completion planned for June 2011.
