Marine Corps to Get Boost in C4 Systems
C4 Planning Solutions LLC, Blythe, Georgia, is being awarded a $48,750,000 five-year, firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for engineering support services for the Marine Corps. The services include technical expertise; assistance with installing fielded command, control, communications and computer (C4) systems; troubleshooting; issue resolution; tactical communications network analysis; diagnostics; maintenance; systems; engineering; technical support; configuration management; and over-the shoulder-training.
Work will be performed at all Marine Corps bases and installations in the United States and is expected to be completed by August 19, 2022. Fiscal-year 2017 operations and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $4,699,431 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Virginia, is managing the contract activity (M68909-17-D-7602).
