Navy Awards Contract for Inertial Navigation Systems

Honeywell International Inc., Minneapolis, was awarded an estimated $12,045,229 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for the procurement of Inertial Navigation Ring Laser Gyro units in support of the AN/WSN-7 Combat System. This is a one-year contract with no options. All work will be performed in Minneapolis, and is expected to be completed by April 2024. Annual working capital funds (Navy) in the full amount of $12,045,229 will be obligated at time of award, and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement under authority 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), with one offer received.
