Progeny to Provide Combat Control System to Australia

Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, Va., is being awarded a $7,050,538 cost-plus-fixed fee contract with firm-fixed-price line items for continued support of the multi-tube weapon simulator (MTWS) and common weapon launcher (CWL) products and services.This procurement will provide the necessary technical services and associated products to support technology improvements and enhanced capabilities for in-service CWL and MTWS systems in support of the AN/BYG-1 combat control system.This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $19,165,448.This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy and the government of Australia under the Foreign Military Sales Program.The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-13-C-6259).
