Raytheon Secures Contract for Small Diameter Bomb Increment II

Raytheon, Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $282,343,991 fixed-price-incentive-fee contract for Small Diameter Bomb Increment II, GBU-53/B Production Lot 11. This contract provides for all up rounds and containers. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by March 19, 2029. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal Year 2025 (Air Force) missile procurement funds in the amount of $220,137,566; and FY 2025 (Navy) weapons procurement funds in the amount of $62,206,425, are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity (FA8672-25-C-B001).
