SAIC Wins High-Performance Computing Contract

SAIC Corp., McLean, Virginia, was awarded an $84,726,491 cost-plus-incentive-fee, incrementally funded contract with options for the management and technical support necessary to advance high-performance computing services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Work will be performed in Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland; Stennis Space Center, Mississippi; Vicksburg, Mississippi; Lorton, Virginia; and McLean, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of June 26, 2017. Fiscal 2016 research, development, testing, and evaluation funds in the amount of $878,688 were obligated at the time of the award. The Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Alabama is the contracting activity (W912DY-16-F-0093).
