Serco Wins Place on Army HRsolutions Program Office Studies and Analysis Contract
The U.S. Army has awarded Serco Inc., an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to compete for task orders under the HRsolutions Program Office for the Studies and Analysis contract. The contract will support the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA). Serco is among 12 awardees on the $1.3 billion ID/IQ contract over a five-year period, one-year base and four one-year option periods. Under the contract, Serco will compete for work focused on business planning, and research and evaluation, including process re-engineering, policy analysis, manpower planning, training and development, policy development, proof of concept studies, program analysis, predictive modeling and risk management and mitigation.
