PreTalen to Provide Positioning, Navigation and Timing Systems

PreTalen Ltd., Columbus Grove, Ohio, was awarded a $6,641,200 firm-fixed-price contract for the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) System-of-System Architecture (SOSA) test program, PNT Autonomous Negotiator Applying Cognitive Effects-Based Analysis (PANACEA) Systems Small Business Innovation Research Phase III contract. This contract is for the procurement and delivery of 14 PANACEA systems for use in the PNT SOSA test program. Work will be performed in Columbus Grove, Ohio, with an estimated completion date of July 15, 2015. One bid was solicited with one received. Fiscal 2015 research, development, testing and evaluation funds in the amount of $6,641,200 are being obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W56KGY-15-C-0010).
