ACI Tech to Support Electronics Manufacturing Center of Excellence

ACI Technologies Inc., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a maximum value $99,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The Office of Naval Research (ONR) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) requires support for the ManTech Navy Electronics Manufacturing Center of Excellence (NEMC). The primary mission of the NEMC is to develop advanced manufacturing technologies and deploy it in the U.S. advanced electronics industrial base with the goal of facilitating industry improvements and ultimately reducing the cost and time required to transition advanced electronics technology into Navy and Department of Defense system applications as defined in the ONR ManTech investment strategies. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed June 21, 2021. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds will be obligated as task orders are issued. The contract was competitively procured under solicitation N00014-16-R-0004, with one offer received. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N00014-16-D-4004).
