Archer to Construct UAV Launch and Recovery Facility

Archer Western Federal JV, Chicago, was awarded a $30,197,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of an unmanned aerial vehicle launch and recovery complex within restricted airspace. Work will be performed at Ft. Bliss, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 21, 2015. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (W9126G-14-C-0039).
