Navmar to Develop Advanced Airborne ISR Sensors

Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation, Warminster, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $10,304,848 order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement for a phase three, Small Business Innovation Research Project under topics N92-170, "Lasar Radar (LADAR) Identification Demonstration," and N94-178, "Air-Deployable Expendable Multi-Parameter Environmental Probe." This order provides for developing, testing, and evaluating advanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance sensors and systems that can be integrated into existing aircraft systems to perform detection and tracking in open ocean surveillance. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.
