Navy Procures Engineering Efforts for Advanced Threat Warning
Northrop Grumman System Corporation, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, has been awarded a nearly $35 million contract action for non-recurring engineering efforts to design, integrate, and test all hardware, firmware, and software changes required to incorporate advanced threat warning into the U.S. Navy's Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures AN/AAQ-24(V) 25 Missile Warning Sensor. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
