Raytheon Next-Generation Jammer Contract Modified

Raytheon Company, Space and Airborne Systems, Electronic Warfare Systems, Goleta, California, is being awarded a $21,300,000 contract modification for technology maturation efforts in support of the next-generation jammer, which will replace the aging AN/ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System. The contractor will continue to perform technical maturation efforts to advance the fidelity of critical technology elements and continue to mature concept demonstrator design risk reduction activities. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
