ViaSat Awarded Information Distribution System Contract
ViaSat, Carlsbad, California, is being awarded an $18,050,312 firm-fixed-price delivery order under a previously awarded contract for Multifunctional Information Distribution System-Low Volume Terminals (MIDS-LVT). The MIDS-LVT provides secure, high capacity, jam resistant, digital data and voice communications capability for Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Army platforms. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
