United States Technologies to Support Airborne Threat Simulation

United States Technologies Inc., Fair Lawn, New Jersey, is being awarded a $16,428,130 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to procure hardware and services in support of the Airborne Threat Simulation program for the Air Force. Hardware and services being procured include: one First Article Radio Frequency Module #1 MD-1360/ULQ-21(V); one First Article Radio Frequency Module #2 MD-1367/ULQ-21(V); 300 each Production Radio Frequency Module #1 MD-1360/ULQ-21(V); 180 each Radio Frequency Module #2 MD-1367/ULQ-21(V); teardown and evaluations; repairs; modifications; modification repair/materials; and technical data in support of test and evaluation and training missions. Work will be performed in Middletown, Ohio, and is expected to be completed in March 2021. Fiscal 2015 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $93,694 are being obligated on this award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals; two offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity (N68936-16-D-0009).
