FNG-PAT Joint Venture, LLC, Detroit, Michigan, was awarded a $9,912,567 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a theater communications facility and network control center at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Winchester, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
