Vision System Receives $46 Million for Helmet Mounted Cueing System
Vision System International L.L.C., San Jose, California, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a maximum $36 million value for various spares and support equipment in support of the A/24A-56 Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System. The company was also awarded a more than $10 million contract for cable assemblies and transmitter subassemblies applicable to the same system. Using services are U.S. Navy, Air Force, and the Defense Logistics Agency. The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity.
