Red River to Install IT Systems for New Command and Control Facility

Red River Computer Co. Inc., Claremont, New Hampshire, is being awarded a $15,079,354 fixed-price contract to provide engineering services and information technology installation support for establishment of a new U.S. Air Force Command and Control Facility. Support includes subject matter expertise for data center, network, audio visual, and enterprise operations to facilitate the design, installation, configuration, and transition to a new information technology infrastructure. This is a 15-month contract with two one-year option periods, which if exercised, would bring the potential value of this contract to $34,200,220. Work will be performed at government facilities at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Work for the base award is expected to be completed Aug. 4, 2018. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Funding will be obligated via technical direction letters using other procurement (Air Force) funds. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the Federal Business Opportunities website and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command e-Commerce Central website. Two proposals were received and one was selected for award. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity (N66001-17-C-0188).
