WR Systems to Provide Over-the-Horizon Radar

WR Systems Ltd., Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a $12,429,742 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract for engineering and program support services for the Relocatable Over-the-Horizon Radar system. Work will be performed in Chesapeake, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2018. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $500,000 will be obligated at the time of award, and will expire by the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) with one offer received in response to this solicitation. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N00189-15-D-Z021).
