Wolters Assigned to U.S. Air Forces Europe and Africa

Lt. Gen. Tod D. Wolters, USAF, has been appointed to the rank of general and assigned as commander, U.S. Air Forces Europe; commander, U.S. Air Forces Africa; commander, Allied Air Command; and director, Joint Air Power Competence Centre, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
