Matchmaking with government primes, networking receptions and symposia are just a few examples of our events that take place at AFCEA Headquarters or in conjunction with other AFCEA International events.

Small Business Procurement Series: OASIS Pool 3 and 4

The OASIS Pools 3 and 4 on-ramps opening by March 2019 are likely the last chance for small businesses to get on one of the most popular professional services contract vehicles in government until 2023. This networking opportunity will include a discussion of how companies can bid alone or team with other small businesses to get on OASIS. The requirements for bidding, the rules around teaming and what it takes to put together a winning proposal also will be reviewed.

Efforts to achieve this in a coalition environment have stagnated in the past 14 years. The U.S. needs to energize the community of interest, including organizations in industry, academia, government and military, to accelerate these efforts. USINDOPACOM is hosting this event to discuss major challenges impacting coalition interoperability to rapidly field warfighting capabilities.
