DARPA Subterranean Challenge

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) offers a preview of the Subterranean Challenge (SubT) competition course for the tunnel circuit being held August 15-22. Eleven teams will participate in the first scored SubT Challenge event at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) research mine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This video gives a representative sample of the course and its wide range of terrain and environmental challenges.
