General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, was awarded a $250,000,000 hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract to modify, test, train and sustain the Prophet System, a tactical signals intelligence and electronic warfare capability.
