Intelsat Appoints Daniels, Welch and Agatston as Vice Presidents

Intelsat General Corporation, McLean, Virginia, appointed Mark Daniels vice president, new technologies and services; Rory Welch as vice president of engineering and service delivery; and David Agatston as vice president of business operations.
