Northrop Grumman Wins Long-Range Strike Bomber Contract
The U.S. Air Force has selected Northrop Grumman Corporation to deliver the nation’s new Long-Range Strike Bomber (LRS-B). The contract, valued at about $60 billion, requires Northrop Grumman to build 100 bombers to replace the current aging fleet. The long-range bomber will be capable of carrying nuclear weapons.
