3Phoenix Incorporated, Chantilly, Virginia, is being awarded a potential $45,009,130 sole-source, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the design and development of four torpedo warning system engineering development models. This effort is for phase three of Small Business Innovative Research topic N07-070, Distributed Sensor System Innovations. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington Navy Yard, D.C., is the contracting activity.
