U.S. Air Force Modifies Terrain Following Radar Contract

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Marietta, Georgia, has been awarded a $93,654,627 delivery order modification (0005-04) to previously awarded contract FA8625-15-D-6591. The contractor will provide the development effort for the incorporation of the MC-130J Common Terrain Following (MCTF) radar system. Work will be performed at Marietta, Georgia, and is expected to be complete by March 31, 2021. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $31,000,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
