As the Department of Defense continues to refine its approach to workforce development under the DCWF, ensuring a scalable, data-driven, and mission-aligned training platform is critical.  Digital University (DU), developed by the Department of the Air Force, has evolved into a robust, enterprise-ready solution that streamlines cyber and digital training for military personnel.

This session will explore DU’s capabilities in mapping Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Tasks (KSATs) to work roles, its current adoption across the Joint Force, and its integration into service-level training and readiness systems.  Through a walk-through demonstration, we will highlight how DU enables targeted, role-specific training while providing actionable data for force management.  The goal of this discussion is to present a unified solution that meets DoD-wide training needs, ensuring an agile, proficient, and mission-ready cyber workforce.
